Event Rules
NightSong Paranormal is committed to ensuring a safe environment for all guests during events. Here are the terms and conditions that every guest agrees to upon purchasing a ticket:
In addition to our event rules, the event location we are hosting at may also have additional rules that must be followed. Those will be addressed at the event.
Additionally, we typically notify local law enforcement to include the event location in their patrols for enhanced security.
- Age: Most of our events are for adults aged 18 and older. Attendees must sign a waiver of liability and bring photo identification.
- Refunds: Ticket holders are responsible for ensuring their availability at the time of booking. Refunds are only issued if the event is canceled by NightSong Paranormal or the location owner.
- No Alcohol or Drugs: No alcohol or drug usage is allowed. Guests found intoxicated on arrival or in violation of this rule during the event will be promptly removed from the event without a refund.
- No Smoking: Designated smoking areas are available outside during breaks.
- No Weapons: Weapons are not allowed, even if you have a carry permit. Please leave your weapon in your vehicle. There are no exceptions.
- Free Roaming: Unless otherwise specified, guests should remain within their designated groups. Some events include “free roam” time, allowing exploration without a guide.
- No Sleeping at Most Locations: Unless otherwise stated, no sleeping accommodations are provided during events.
- Travel/Accommodations: Travel and lodging arrangements are the responsibility of individual guests.
- Disabled Guests: Some locations may not be ADA accessible or safe for guests with disabilities. Prior to purchasing a ticket, please contact us to discuss accommodations for ADA guests.
- No Provoking: NightSong Paranormal does not engage in provocation. We ask our guests to respect the owners, the location, the spirits, your guides/team, and fellow attendees.
