Event Rules
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms to ensure a safe and respectful experience.
Age
Most of our events are for adults aged 18 and older. Attendees must sign a waiver of liability and bring photo identification.
Refunds
Ticket holders are responsible for ensuring their availability at the time of booking. Refunds are only issued if the event is canceled by NightSong Paranormal or the location owner.
No Alcohol or Drugs
No alcohol or drug usage is allowed. Guests found intoxicated on arrival or during the event will be promptly removed without refund.
No Smoking
Designated smoking areas are available outside during breaks.
No Weapons
Weapons are not allowed, even if you have a carry permit. Please leave your weapon in your vehicle. No exceptions.
Free Roaming
Unless otherwise specified, guests should remain within their designated groups. Some events include “free roam” time, allowing exploration without a guide.
No Sleeping at Most Locations
Unless otherwise stated, no sleeping accommodations are provided during events.
Travel & Accommodations
Travel and lodging arrangements are the responsibility of individual guests.
Disabled Guests
Some locations may not be ADA accessible or safe for guests with disabilities. Contact us before purchasing to discuss accommodations.
What to Bring
To help you stay safe and comfortable during your investigation, we recommend bringing:
- Comfortable shoes suitable for walking and climbing stairs.
- Weather-appropriate clothing and layers (events may include outdoor or non-climate controlled areas).
- Any personal medications you may need during the event.
- Water and other non-alcoholic beverages.
- Light snacks (please be respectful of the location when eating and drinking).
Paranormal Equipment
NightSong will have a variety of equipment available to share throughout the investigation, so bringing your own gear is completely optional.
- Optional: Voice recorder for capturing potential EVPs.
- Optional: Video camera, GoPro, or digital camera.
- Optional: Personal paranormal equipment (EMF meters, trigger objects, spirit boxes, etc.).
Participate at your own comfort level.
No Provoking
NightSong Paranormal does not engage in provocation. Please respect the owners, the location, the spirits, your guides/team, and fellow attendees.
Location-Specific Rules
Event locations may have additional rules that must be followed. These will be discussed at the start of each event.
Security Notice
We typically notify local law enforcement to include the event location in their patrols for enhanced security.
