How a free paranormal investigation works
- 01Tell us what's happeningShare the property, its history, and the activity you've noticed.
- 02We talk it throughWe discuss the case and your need for discretion by phone or email, and rule out everyday causes like drafts, wiring, plumbing, EMF, and infrasound.
- 03We scheduleMost investigations are scheduled within about 5 to 10 days. Weekends are easiest for the full team, but we work around your availability.
- 04You get answersWe review the audio, video, and environmental data and walk you through everything, including what we ruled out.
Homes, businesses, and historic properties
We investigate private homes, businesses, and historic properties. Some locations need to stay out of the public eye; we can schedule and investigate quietly, and we never publish your name, address, or footage without your written permission.
Where we investigate
We investigate homes and businesses in Nashville, Gallatin, Hendersonville, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Clarksville, and the surrounding Middle Tennessee and southern Kentucky counties. For private cases our travel radius is up to 50 miles; outside that range, we’ll connect you with a trusted team closer to you. Historic sites and commercial properties farther away are still welcome to reach out.
