Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this mansion was recently saved from demolition and renovated by the mother-daughter team of Denise Denning and Jen Knight.  Private overnight paranormal investigations are now available for established teams.

12-Hour Private Overnight Paranormal Investigation:
  • $800 for 1 to up to 10 people.
  • Check-in time can be worked out at booking.

Includes:
  • History & tour of the home.
  • Full access to the mansion (two floors and basement). Unfinished slave quarters is accessible.
  • Use of the Keurig, fridge, and microwave. Please do not use the stove.
  • Coffee pods, water, and some snacks provided.
  • You may go live during your investigation. Wi-fi is available upon request.
  • DVR usage is allowed.
  • You may sleep here. Please bring cots or air mattresses to sleep on.

We are all adults, but we kindly ask guests to be respectful and follow the rules/code of conduct.

The Rules/Code of Conduct:
  • There is nothing dark, evil, or malicious here. You may not use the words "devil", "demon", "dark" or anything alluding to dark forces.
  • No drugs.
  • No smoking in the home. You may smoke outside and properly dispose of your cigarette butts.
  • Be respectful of our spirits. Remember you are guests in their space. Please do not provoke.
  • No Ouija boards, candles, rituals, magic, seances, saging, or crossing over spirits.
  • This is for a private overnight investigation, not an event. You may not sell tickets and conduct an event at the location without prior owner permission.
  • Clean up after yourselves and leave the home as you found it.
  • If using DVR you may use painters tape to secure your wires. Please do not use any other type of tape as it would damage the floors/walls.
  • If you are filming for TV or YouTube, etc. we kindly ask you make that intention known at booking.
  • Please take the trash with you and make sure all doors are securely locked before you leave.

Terms and Conditions:
  • Investigators must be adults with proper identification. All photo ID's are required and will be hard copied on arrival. There are no exceptions.
  • All investigators will be required to sign liability waivers and a house rules/code of conduct document.
  • Once you are checked into the location, Jen or Denise will give a tour of the home and answer any questions before departing.
