Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this mansion was recently saved from demolition and renovated by the mother-daughter team of Denise Denning and Jen Knight. Paranormal investigations are now available for reputable teams to book at this historic home.

12-Hour Private Overnight Paranormal Investigation:
  • $500 for 1 to up to 8 people.
  • $50 per person after that for up a maximum of 10 people.
  • Check-in time can be worked out at booking.

Includes:
  • History & tour of the home.
  • Full access to the mansion (two floors and basement). Unfinished slave quarters is accessible.
  • Use of the keurig, fridge, and microwave. Please do not use the stove.
  • Coffee pods, water, and snacks provided.
  • You may go live during your investigation. Wi-fi is available upon request.
  • DVR usage is allowed.
  • You may sleep here. Please bring cots or air mattresses to sleep on. There are a few couches suitable for sleeping. The beds at the location are not safe for humans.

We are all adults, but we kindly ask guests to be respectful and follow the rules/code of conduct.

The Rules/Code of Conduct:
  • There is nothing dark, evil, or malicious here. You may not use the words "devil", "demon", "dark" or anything alluding to dark forces.
  • No drugs or alcohol is allowed on the property or inside the home.
  • No smoking in the home. You may smoke outside and properly dispose of your cigarette butts.
  • Be respectful of our spirits. Remember you are guests. Please do not provoke.
  • No Ouija boards, candles, rituals, magic, seances, saging or crossing over spirits.
  • This is for a private overnight investigation, not an event. You may not sell tickets and conduct an event at the location without prior owner permission.
  • Please do not rearrange items, furniture, etc. in the home. Clean up after yourselves and leave the home as you found it.
  • If using DVR you may use painters tape to secure your wires. Please do not use any other type of tape as it would damage the floors/walls.
  • If you are filming for TV or YouTube, etc. we kindly ask you make that intention known at booking.
  • Please take the trash with you and make sure all doors are securely locked before you leave.

Terms and Conditions:
  • Investigators must be adults with proper identification. All photo ID's are required and will be hard copied on arrival. There are no exceptions.
  • All investigators will be required to sign liability waivers and a house rules/code of conduct document.
  • Once you are checked into the location, Jen or Denise will give a tour of the home and answer any questions before departing.
