Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Maggie Mansion was recently saved from demolition and lovingly renovated by the mother–daughter team of Denise Denning and Jen Knight. The home is now available for private, 10-hour overnight paranormal investigations for established teams.

What’s Included

• History and guided tour of the home.
• Full access to the mansion (two floors and basement). Unfinished slave quarters is accessible.
• Use of Keurig, fridge, and microwave (no stove use).
• Coffee pods, water, and some snacks provided.
• Wi-Fi available on request. You may go live during your investigation.
• DVR usage is allowed.
• You may sleep here — bring cots or air mattresses.

Rules / Code of Conduct

We are all adults, but we kindly ask guests to be respectful and follow the rules:

• There is nothing dark, evil, or malicious here. You may not use the words “devil,” “demon,” “dark,” or anything alluding to dark forces.
• No drugs.
• No smoking in the home — smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts.
• Be respectful of the spirits — you are guests in their space. No provoking.
• No Ouija boards, candles, rituals, magic, seances, saging, or crossing over spirits.
• This is for a private overnight investigation, not an event — no selling tickets without owner permission.
• Clean up after yourselves and leave the home as you found it.
• If using DVR, use painter’s tape only — other tapes can damage floors/walls.
• If filming for TV or YouTube, disclose that at booking.
• Take the trash with you and ensure all doors are locked when you leave.

Terms & Conditions

• All investigators must be adults with photo ID.
• All photo IDs are required and will be hard copied on arrival — no exceptions.
• All investigators must sign liability waivers and the house rules/code of conduct.
• Jen or Denise will check you in, give a tour, and answer questions before departing.
